Institutions are responsible for the accuracy of all student, teacher, attendance, assignment, and academic records uploaded to Eduskon.
Eduskon is a cloud-based education management platform designed for schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and training organizations. These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the platform.
By accessing or using Eduskon, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
All student, teacher, attendance, assignment, examination, and academic records remain the property of the institution using Eduskon. Eduskon acts solely as a technology service provider.
Eduskon implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user data. Access is controlled through role-based permissions and secure authentication mechanisms.
Eduskon may generate in-platform notifications related to attendance, assignments, resources, leave requests, academic updates, and administrative announcements.
Users are responsible for all uploaded content. Uploading malicious, illegal, or copyrighted content without authorization is strictly prohibited.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in restricted access to premium features.
Eduskon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.
Eduskon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or misuse the platform.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
