Accounts, files, and academic data must be handled securely and lawfully.
New institution administrators must agree to this policy before creating an EduSkon account. Continued use of the platform means users agree to follow the latest published policy.
EduSkon is an education management platform for institutions, administrators, teachers, and students. This policy explains how users are expected to use the platform and how academic data should be handled responsibly.
Users must keep login details secure, use only their assigned account, and immediately report unauthorized access. Administrators are responsible for inviting and managing the correct users for their organization.
Institutional data, including student records, teacher records, classes, subjects, attendance, assignments, submissions, resources, notes, and leave records, remains owned by the institution that created or uploaded it.
EduSkon uses role-based access. Administrators can manage institution-wide setup and records. Teachers can work with assigned academic areas. Students can access their own academic information, resources, and assignments.
Uploaded files must be safe, relevant, and legally allowed. Users must not upload malware, unauthorized copyrighted content, private data that does not belong in the platform, or content that violates institutional rules.
Teachers and administrators may create assignments, set marks and deadlines, review submissions, and provide feedback. Students are responsible for submitting accurate work before deadlines unless the institution allows staff-assisted uploads.
EduSkon is designed to limit access by role and organization. Users should avoid sharing exported files, screenshots, or personal information outside authorized academic workflows.
The platform may send in-app or email notifications for academic updates such as assignments, submissions, resources, attendance, leaves, support activity, and account verification.
Users must use EduSkon only for legitimate educational and administrative purposes. Attempts to bypass access controls, misuse another account, tamper with data, or disrupt the service are not allowed.
This policy may be updated as EduSkon features evolve or legal and institutional requirements change. Continued use of the platform after an update means the user accepts the revised policy.
For privacy, security, legal, or support questions, users should contact their institution administrator or the EduSkon support team at support@eduskon.com.
